Careers
We hire slowly, on engineering bar.
No recruiter-led funnels, no timed coding tests on obscure puzzles. Senior engineers run the interviews, technical exercises are paid, and the job ad says what the job actually is.
How we hire
Four things we hold the line on.
01
We hire senior first
Most of our engagements need someone who has run production systems. We hire at senior and staff levels by default, with a small number of graduate / early-career slots each year that are paired heavily.
02
Paid technical exercises
We don't ask for unpaid work. Technical exercises that run longer than a couple of hours are paid at our standard engineering rate, whether or not we hire.
03
Transparent scoping
You hear the architecture problems you would actually work on in the interview — no 'we build cutting-edge solutions' fog. If the work sounds boring, it might actually be; we would rather know now.
04
Realistic on-call
Our managed-services engineers are on rotation. We document what that looks like in the offer — frequency, compensation, escalation paths — before you accept, not after.
Open roles
Not actively hiring — watching for the right people.
We grow the team in small, deliberate steps. Right now there are no public open roles, but if you recognise yourself in the work — especially senior platform, DevOps, Tanzu or API engineers — we are happy to talk speculatively and keep a seat open until the timing fits.
Engineer with ANKASOFT
Talk to our engineering team.
30 minutes with a senior engineer — architecture review, DevOps audit, or a scoped delivery proposal. No sales middleman.
