An internal initiative for women into engineering.
Founded by women on our own engineering team — the programme exists to create real on-ramps into DevOps, platform and infrastructure careers. Hands-on, on real platforms, with real mentors.
Mission
Real engineering on-ramps, not workshops.
The programme takes small cohorts through actual DevOps and platform engineering work — pipelines, Kubernetes, observability — using our internal platforms and real engagement problems. Participants leave with demonstrable production experience, not certificates.
Vision
A more representative IT sector in Türkiye.
The Turkish tech sector is underweight women, especially in platform and infrastructure roles. We won't fix that alone — but we do our part with what we know best: hands-on engineering mentorship for women who want to move into the hard-skills half of IT.
