Four principles we hold the line on.

Senior engineers only
Every engagement is scoped, delivered and reviewed by senior engineers. No junior audit teams, no 'consulting practice' separate from delivery. You meet the people who build.

No sales funnel
The engineer who would lead the engagement is the one who replies to your first message. Scoping is a technical conversation, not a qualification call.

Knowledge transfer by default
Every engagement ends with your team owning the platform. Runbooks, recorded sessions, pairing weeks — not a 'transition document' at the end.

Restraint over breadth
We don't chase trends. We pick a small number of platforms (Kong, Tanzu, the major clouds), go deep, and recommend what we would actually run on-call.
